Sarah Hicks

Sarah joined Rubicon Advisors in 2019 after working for over twenty years in Law Enforcement and the Insurance Industry. Sarah grew up in both Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area.

While climbing the ladder within the Insurance Industry, Sarah obtained her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento. After graduation, she became a Chaplain for Sacramento Law Enforcement Chaplaincy and now resides on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer.

During this time, Sarah stayed connected with her local church community and helped lead financial courses for members of her church. She continued on to work in Investigations for Oakland Police Department until 2018 when she decided to turn her focus to her family and work in finance full time.

Sarah has a passion for helping others make progress financially, and partnering with the community to
give back.
